At AMECO Chile, we are looking for a **Maintenance Superintendent** for our mining contracts. As a **Maintenance Superintendent**, your main responsibilities will include: * **Lead and manage** the supervision and operational maintenance line at work sites and branches. * Ensure **availability and reliability** of the assigned fleet, meeting customer needs. * **Optimize maintenance processes**, focusing on preventive maintenance and cost efficiency. * **Measure and analyze maintenance performance** using KPIs (availability, reliability, MTTR, MTBF) to drive continuous improvement. * **Manage and develop human resources** under your charge, including evaluations, training, and succession plans. * **Control costs** associated with maintenance processes. * Maintain **excellent communication** with internal and external clients. * Ensure **compliance with safety standards** and maintenance objectives. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** managing maintenance operations for mobile equipment fleets. * Maintenance management (statistics, FMECA analysis, cost analysis, and KPIs). * Maintenance manuals. * Management of large, medium, and small equipment fleets. * Gantt charts and scheduling and analysis tools. * Proficiency and/or experience with **ERP** systems. * Basic technical English.
