The main purpose of this role is to lead, execute, and supervise training programs for the Mining Management, focused on developing operators of heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and productivity standards. \&\#9881;\&\#65039; Main Responsibilities Plan, design, and implement annual training programs for heavy equipment operators (CAEX, shovels, bulldozers, graders, loaders, excavators, among others). Instruct, train, and certify safe and efficient operation of mining equipment, promoting a preventive culture. Conduct theoretical and practical instruction through classes, presentations, and training materials. Evaluate operator performance throughout the entire training cycle, identifying gaps and certifying according to technical and safety criteria. Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Mine Instructor. Minimum of 5 years of experience operating high-tonnage CAEX. At least 3 years of experience with loading equipment (shovels, front loaders). At least 3 years of experience with earthmoving equipment (bulldozer, grader, excavator, wheeldozer). Certification and/or accreditation as a Mine Instructor/Evaluator, and as an operator of CAEX, loading equipment, and earthmoving equipment. Class B driver's license (desirable old A4/A2 and D/Internal).
