This position is key to leading and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes. **Your main challenge will be:** Supervising and managing the team and operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and continuous improvement of the logistics process. **Main responsibilities:** Lead and coordinate logistics area operations. Supervise load management, dispatching, and receiving. Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports. Facilitate communication and teamwork among operational areas. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timing standards. Support problem resolution and decision-making under pressure. **Work location:** Panamericana Norte, Copiapó, Atacama Region. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday: * Monday to Friday: night shift (00:00 to 08:00 hrs), morning shift (08:00 to 16:00 hrs), and afternoon shift (16:00 to 24:00 hrs). * Saturday: night shift (00:00 to 07:00 hrs), morning shift (07:00 to 14:00 hrs), and afternoon shift (14:00 to 21:00 hrs). **Monthly net salary:** $611\.625 **Benefits:** Dining facility and transportation assistance during night shift departures (00:00 hrs Monday to Friday, 21:00 hrs Saturday). Transportation available for arrivals and departures in Copiapó. **Requirements:** Professional technical degree (mandatory). Experience in logistics operations.
