





**Major mining services provider requires:** Fleet and Mobile Equipment Maintenance Superintendent for mining operation **Job Objective:** Ensure the availability and reliability of the fleet under responsibility by controlling the proper execution of maintenance processes over time and promoting a preventive maintenance focus, always with attractive costs and zero work-related accidents. Job Responsibilities Carry out and support maintenance processes in both operational and administrative maintenance areas. Meet the objectives set by the Maintenance Management. Ensure the availability and reliability of the assigned fleet, enabling satisfaction of customer requirements. Obtain competent personnel and appropriate equipment and support tools to achieve the required goals as Maintenance Management. Measure maintenance processes through performance indicators such as availability, reliability, MTTR, and MTBF, aiming to identify necessary improvements that enable continuous improvement. Conduct monthly evaluations of direct reports and validate those performed by subordinate supervisors. Ensure that supervisors follow standard safety procedures and meet maintenance objectives. Maintain good communication with internal and external customers. Oversee personnel well-being by managing human resources (training, vacations, leaves, etc.). Identify development and succession plans for supervised personnel. Control maintenance process costs. **Requirements:** Education: Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Technician, or equivalent. Advanced intermediate level computer skills. Knowledge of Maintenance Management, statistics, FMECA analysis, cost analysis, and KPI analysis. Familiarity with maintenance manuals. Knowledge and management experience with large, medium, and small mobile equipment fleets. Advanced knowledge of Gantt charts and scheduling and analysis tools. ERP system usage and/or experience. Basic technical English. Class B driver's license. 5 years of verifiable experience in managing maintenance operations for mobile equipment fleets.
