Job Summary: Front-End Loader Operator responsible for operating heavy machinery for stockpiling, loading, feeding, and cleaning, ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate maneuvers with other operators and supervisors. **Front-End Loader Operator** **Purpose of the Position** The Front-End Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform stockpiling, truck loading, hopper feeding, and operational area cleaning, ensuring efficient and safe equipment usage in compliance with the company's production, safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the front-end loader for stockpiling, loading, feeding, and cleaning of work areas. * Conduct pre-operational and post-operational equipment checklists, reporting anomalies. * Perform loading and unloading maneuvers safely and efficiently. * Record production data, fuel consumption, and operating hours. * Coordinate loading/unloading maneuvers with truck operators and supervisors to optimize operations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work zones. * Comply with internal safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Participate in inductions, safety meetings, and technical training sessions. **Position Requirements** * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience operating front-end loaders in mining, construction, or earthmoving. * Heavy machinery operator course or certification (preferred). * Valid professional driver's license **Class D** (mandatory). * Residence in **Copiapó** or nearby areas (exclusive requirement in case of local hiring). * Availability to work on a **5x2 shift schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 hrs.** Employment Type: Full-time
