**Front Loader Operator** **Position Purpose** The Front Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform stockpiling, truck loading, hopper feeding, and cleaning of operational areas, ensuring efficient and safe equipment use in compliance with the company's production, safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate front loader in stockpiling, loading, feeding, and work area cleaning tasks. * Perform pre-operational and post-operational equipment checklists, reporting any anomalies. * Carry out loading and unloading maneuvers safely and efficiently. * Record production data, fuel consumption, and operating hours. * Coordinate maneuvers with truck operators and supervisors to optimize operations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas. * Comply with internal safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Participate in inductions, safety meetings, and technical training sessions. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education (desirable). * Minimum of 3 years of experience operating front loaders in mining, construction, or earthmoving. * Course or certification in **h**eavy machinery operation (desirable). * Valid professional driver's license **Class D** (mandatory). * Residence in **Copiapó** or nearby areas (mandatory if local requirement applies). * Availability to work in a **5x2 shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
