Provide support to the Open Pit Mine Shift Supervisor in loading and hauling activities, in order to meet assigned production schedules and ensure information availability. Main responsibilities will include: Supporting the shift supervisor in loading and hauling activities such as monitoring road conditions, loading and dumping faces, among others. Collecting and recording attendance records, operator reports, verifying they are signed by shift supervisors and coordinators. Participating in shift start meetings to stay informed about updates, alerts, and contingencies. Supervising compliance with safety standards in the field and recording photographic evidence, reporting any deviations to the supervisor. Assisting the shift supervisor with safety talks. Conducting safety walks during the shift and supervising both internal and external personnel. In case of an incident, supporting the collection of information for conducting a Preliminary Safety Investigation (PSI). When required, providing support in tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as road closures, zone demarcation, among others. Periodically issuing KPI compliance reports for the shift and responding to information requests from other departments when needed. Fulfilling all legal and regulatory competencies and training requirements for the position. Performing all role-related activities in accordance with RMMS Management Systems guidelines; Safety and Health, Environment, Energy, and the Operational Model, Governance, and Social aspects. During job activities, acting in accordance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and operational policies, norms, and procedures, considering associated risks, environmental aspects, and protective measures. Staying informed and maintaining conduct aligned with anti-corruption, ethics, code of conduct, human rights, diversity and inclusion, and workplace and sexual harassment policies. What requirements must you meet? Must hold a degree in Mining Engineering or Civil Mining Engineering. Must have 3 years of experience in Open Pit Mine Operations. Must have knowledge and/or experience with Modular Dispatch. Must have knowledge and/or experience with Provision. Must possess a Class B driver's license. Intermediate level proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is desirable. Training in personnel management is desirable.
