We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Fundación Integra, a nonprofit institution and leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 25,000 employees nationwide, is seeking, for its REPLACEMENT DATABASE: * Position: Early Childhood Educator * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Childcare Centers in the commune of Copiapó. * Duration: Fixed-term contract for replacement coverage. * Remuneration: base salary $1,125,761 + zone bonus equivalent to 20% of base salary. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead educational processes for children in coordination with the team, implementing environments conducive to children's holistic development and learning through collaborative work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), national and institutional regulations, policies, and guidelines, with the aim of ensuring high-quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote within their teams the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues to ensure safe environments for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Coordinate with classroom team(s) in promoting, managing, and monitoring access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children, implementing early and timely intervention strategies when required. * Lead and implement planning and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children together with classroom team(s), aiming at their full development and comprehensive well-being. * Communicate and raise necessary alerts to the director or substitute regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, to promptly activate corresponding protocols and ensure their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree as Early Childhood Educator awarded by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable one (1) year of experience in a similar role. * Specific knowledge in Socioemotional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Pedagogical Strategies, People and Team Management, Educational Management, Socioemotional Tools, Play in Early Stages, Educational Methods, Special Educational Needs, Educational Programs, First Aid, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and similar) **IMPORTANT:** You must complete your application, answer the job posting questions, and upload all requested documents.
