





**Job Objective** Ensure the correct and effective daily operation of the Site, in compliance with Aggreko’s Equipment Maintenance Plan, and carry out corresponding repairs. **Job Responsibilities** * Operate power plant equipment and its control systems. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Perform switching operations on electrical equipment. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Perform electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and repairs, following procedures established in the Service Manual. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Prepare maintenance reports. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Draft and review contingency and equipment isolation operational procedures and descriptions. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Follow safety procedures during equipment operation at the power station. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Assist in monitoring the use of personal protective equipment and occupational hygiene measures. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Use prescribed plant operating procedures to adjust manual controls or modify automatic controls to position equipment within recommended operating ranges, switch to a backup equipment or system, or take equipment out of service. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Open and close valves as required for system operation and mechanical isolation. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Open and close electrical switching devices for system operation and electrical isolation. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Adjust functional components of control devices and instruments. (Technician 3) * Initiate purchase orders for spare parts or materials. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Read and understand technical manuals, piping diagrams, and instrumentation diagrams. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Inspect the plant’s oily waste management program, including tracking and disposal of all oily waste. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Inspect all locks and keys for the Lockout/Tagout program. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Preserve, maintain, and clean reverse osmosis units, demineralization systems, and waste storage tank areas. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Conduct inventory controls in the control room and reconcile any discrepancies. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Perform fuel loading, unloading, control, and measurement tasks. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Collaborate in maintaining general order and cleanliness of the plant. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Carry out site repair and adaptation work. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Control and maintain assigned tools and instruments per procedures. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Control and maintain assigned vehicle fleet per procedures. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Cable laying. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Fuel line assembly. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Support induction of new employees to the Site. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Verify that installation and de-installation of locations are performed according to Aggreko standards. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Serve as the point of contact for responding to and resolving electrical incidents. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Perform installation and de-installation of fleets rated below 33 kV, complying with company procedures. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Commission high-voltage equipment, if certified in HV modules per ECAM. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Perform UGEM installations per company procedures. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Coordinate tasks/priorities with the Supervisor to ensure effective and efficient equipment operation, and act on behalf of the Supervisor in their absence. (Technician 3) * Verify availability of electrical items and maintain optimal stock levels. * Contribute to people development by sharing knowledge and best practices. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Maintain assigned vehicle, including driving and reporting its condition per current procedures. * LV-HV cable assembly. (Technicians 2 and 3) * Perform electrical tests on the fleet using instrumentation provided by Aggreko. (Technicians 1, 2, and 3) * Perform switching or isolation operations according to your LOTO-CP-AP authorization level. (Technicians 2 and 3) **Profile Specifications / Requirements to Fill the Position** * **5 years of experience in similar positions.** * **Strong knowledge of power generation.** * **Electrical / Electromechanical Technician.
