Job Responsibilities: Ensure the proper implementation of maintenance strategies for different fleets at the site. Lead root cause analysis investigations to evaluate component or system failures with a focus on improving fleet reliability, availability, and profitability. Monitor compliance and effectiveness of reliability improvement action plans. Ensure implementation of action plans (technical meeting). Prioritize critical activities to be scheduled in the weekly plan. Track and report the status of critical components, systems, and equipment regarding their operational continuity and improvement plans. Monthly reports on monitoring of critical components, systems, and equipment. Provide visibility into equipment and component performance, their unplanned downtimes, impacts, causes, and improvement plans. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Job Requirements: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Residence in the Atacama Region (Desirable). At least 5 years of professional work experience in reliability-related tasks. Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule.
