At AEROSAN, we are looking for our next Infrastructure and Maintenance Analyst to join our team in Pudahuel. The role of the position is to analyze, design, and optimize infrastructure and equipment maintenance plans, methodologies, and processes, identifying improvement, efficiency, and sustainability opportunities, to ensure operational continuity, facility safety, and efficient use of technical and financial resources. **Functions** * Design, execute, and control preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities based on collected data, including work order management, technical diagnostics, and infrastructure assessments. * Manage and generate budget forecasts or cost\-benefit simulations, resources, and contracts related to maintenance, managing suppliers and controlling the efficient use of materials and services. * Define and monitor maintenance indicators and methodologies, prepare technical reports, propose process improvements and energy efficiency enhancements, analyze failure trends, and suggest redesigns of maintenance routines. * Coordinate and maintain communication with internal and external departments (operations, safety, logistics, contractors) for the execution of maintenance plans and infrastructure projects. **Requirements** * Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or related field * Advanced Office skills * Intermediate Asana (desirable) * 0 \- 2 years of total experience * Experience in projects (desirable) * Intermediate English level (desirable) We look forward to you!
