Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Programmer and Controller to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, track progress, and generate reports for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Project Programmer and Controller (Resins). Main Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, work programs, and critical paths. Track physical progress, financials, costs, commitments, and deviations. Generate management reports, progress curves, KPIs, and control dashboards for decision-making. Coordinate data collection with technical leads, contractors, and internal departments. Promptly alert stakeholders to risks related to schedule, cost, resources, or project interferences. Support follow-up, planning, and control meetings with up-to-date information. Maintain documentation traceability for project planning and control. Requirements: Education: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Construction Engineer, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred in project planning, progress control, cost management, and KPIs. Conditions: Work Schedule: 44 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5x2 on-site mode (with availability for travel or contingencies). Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract, with possibility of continuation based on performance.
