Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Programmer and Controller to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, track progress, and generate reports for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Project Programmer and Controller for a client located in Coronel, Bío Bío. Main Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, work programs, and critical paths. Track physical progress, financial performance, costs, commitments, and deviations. Generate management reports, progress curves, KPIs, and control dashboards for decision-making. Coordinate data collection with technical leads, contractors, and internal departments. Promptly alert stakeholders to project risks related to schedule, cost, resources, or interferences. Support follow-up, planning, and control meetings with up-to-date information. Maintain documentation traceability for project planning and control. Requirements: Education: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Construction Engineer, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years in project planning, progress control, cost control, and KPIs. Residence: Availability to work onsite in Coronel, Bío Bío. Conditions: Workload: 44 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5x2 onsite mode (with availability for travel or contingencies). Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract, with possibility of extension based on performance.
