The primary challenge of this position is to support plant operational continuity by participating in various stages of production processes while ensuring compliance with the organization's defined safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support operational activities associated with plant production processes. * Perform tasks related to preparation and supply of raw materials and inputs. * Participate in loading, unloading, and material handling operations. * Carry out product labeling, identification, and control according to established procedures. * Assist in preparing materials for production and logistics processes. * Complete operational records and documentation associated with the processes. * Support workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with the company's established safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Collaborate with various operational areas as required by production needs. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in industrial companies**. * Minimum of **2 years of experience working under rotating shift systems**. * Desired experience in production processes, logistics, or material handling. * Preferred residence in Coronel, Lota, San Pedro de la Paz, or nearby areas. **Position Conditions** * **Work schedule:** Rotating shifts * **Shift 1:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–16:00 hrs / Saturday: 08:00–12:00 hrs. * **Shift 2:** Monday to Friday: 16:00–00:00 hrs / Saturday: 12:00–16:00 hrs. * **Shift 3:** Tuesday to Saturday: 00:00–08:00 hrs. **We invite you to join an important industrial operation and become part of a team committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.**
