**Infrastructure Specialist/Architect – Linux (RHEL) and High-Criticality Environments** PS Grupo Hunting is currently managing a selection process for a senior infrastructure professional specializing in Linux administration, web services, and operation of critical platforms. The role involves large-scale environments, service continuity, and continuous operational improvement. **Work Conditions** * Work mode: On-site (100%) * Availability: Shift work, on-call duties, and response to operational emergencies as required **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation and evolution of Linux platforms and associated services, promoting technical standards, clear documentation, and industry best practices. This role directly contributes to service stability, automation, operational discipline, and support for internal teams. **Technical Requirements and Experience** * Relevant professional degree (minimum 8 semesters). * Minimum experience: 5 years with Linux/Unix and virtualized environments (VMware). * Practical knowledge and experience in: * RHEL / Red Hat (administration and operations). * Web servers and components: Apache, Tomcat, JBoss. * Name resolution services: DNS with BIND. * SSL/TLS management, certificates, proxies, and load balancing. * Capacity planning and performance management at the presentation layer. * Integration with database engines (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Modern technologies: containers (Docker) and public cloud. * Unix: Solaris (highly valued) and AIX (desirable). * Experience managing high-volume infrastructures (e.g., hundreds to thousands of front-end/presentation servers) is considered a strong advantage. **Desirable Certifications** * Red Hat: RHCSA / RHCE. * Cloud/Virtualization: AWS, Azure, VCP-DCV or equivalent. * Security: CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+. **Job Responsibilities** * Administration and operation of Linux servers in critical environments. * Configuration and monitoring of Apache/Tomcat/DNS services. * Automation of repetitive tasks (scripting). * Implementation of organizational security controls and standards. * Collaboration on technology modernization initiatives. * Support and coordination with development, operations, and cybersecurity teams. **Personal Competencies** Service quality orientation, analytical thinking, discipline, documentation rigor, and sound technical judgment.
