Callejón del Triunfo, Pucón Funciones: * Capacitar a nuevos trabajadores en tareas rutinarias. * Cumplir y ejecutar el programa de seguridad (reuniones y otros). * Informar al SSVV sobre eventos o situaciones irregulares. * Ejecutar y promover operaciones conforme a los estándares de experiencia al cliente (capacitación al resto del equipo). * Venta activa (promociones, lineamientos de la compañía). * Resolver reclamos de clientes según los lineamientos de la compañía. En caso necesario, debe escalar oportunamente al SSVV. * Cumplimiento del planograma (revisar y asegurar su ejecución). * Ejecutar procedimientos de manipulación de alimentos/control de temperaturas, etc. * Rotulación de productos. * Cumplimiento del registro de producción de alimentos. * Cumplir el procedimiento de entrega de productos a mermar. * Responsable de la limpieza de las instalaciones (máquinas, sala de ventas, baños, camerinos, etc.). * Ante fallas de maquinaria, debe informarlas al SSVV. * Generación, recepción y almacenamiento de pedidos/productos en bodega y su reposición en sala de ventas. * Mantener las bodegas limpias y organizadas. * Cumplir los protocolos de manejo de efectivo. * Cierre de turno de caja (automático). * Facilitar el conteo de inventario. * Dictar charlas de seguridad a solicitud del SSVV. * Gestión de cajas (anulaciones, eliminación de artículos, apertura del cajón). * Actualización de precios en góndolas, colocando las etiquetas entregadas por el SSVV.
