At Swissport, we are guided by our core values—Care, Do the Right Thing, and Win as a Team—and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals who align with these values to join our teams across various locations worldwide. **Job Summary** Provide all required and necessary services to passengers and customers. **Your Responsibilities** * Comply with and enforce regulations and rules imposed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, NP Concession, and Swissport. * Know and apply SWP and airline Operational and Emergency Procedures. * Maintain a valid airport credential, TICA No. 5, and authorization for jetway operations. * Accurately record and sign attendance at the start and end of each shift. * Master operations related to check-in, Lost & Found, and ticketing. * Deliver materials to arrivals and boarding gates according to client requirements. * Greet passengers courteously, maintain eye contact, and always smile. * Fulfill the following operational duties: * Perform any function as required (check-in, Lost & Found, and ticketing). * Ensure the highest level of efficiency in carrying out activities. * Possess all necessary authorizations and technical competencies required for the role. * Ensure strict compliance with all operational, safety, and quality standards defined by the company, clients, and competent authorities. * Efficiently communicate flight-related information. * Ensure compliance with internal Hygiene and Safety provisions. * Ensure ongoing technical training for personnel under your supervision. * Stay updated on procedures of each client and Swissport. * Stay updated on procedures of each client and the company. * Coordinate with the Training Department all necessary training to ensure high performance of personnel under your supervision. * Attendance recording. * Keep your workplace, company facilities, and assigned equipment clean and orderly. * Efficiently communicate operational information to the Flight Manager and/or Supervisor. * Availability for unexpected situations; support various authorized functions (e.g., flight delays and/or complex operations). * Execute assigned tasks with high-quality results. * Maintain appropriate personal appearance upon starting your work shift (e.g., shaved, groomed hair, makeup, clean and ironed uniform). * Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the Station’s QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. **Your Profile** * Technical degree in Tourism or related field. * Computer literacy. * Familiarity with airline systems. * Achieve a minimum pass rate of 80% in trainings delivered by SWP and clients. * English proficiency; knowledge of an additional language is desirable. * Proactive, responsible, honest, organized, committed, and capable of working under pressure and in teams. **What We Offer** * Transportation, subject to conditions at each airport. * Uniform. * Life insurance. * Compensation fund benefits.
