An important manufacturing company is looking for a person to perform as Maintenance Manager. What are the job objectives? Responsible for ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the industrial plant through effective planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration. What will be your main responsibilities? * Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities. * Supervise and lead technical teams and maintenance specialists, promoting competency development and goal achievement. * Manage spare parts and materials inventory required for maintenance, optimizing resources and ensuring availability of critical components. * Implement and promote safety practices and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities according to corporate standards. * Protect company assets by implementing efficient maintenance practices that extend equipment lifespan. What do you need to be the selected candidate? * Technical or professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Preferably 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Preferably 2 years in a leadership role.
