Currently, with 24 stores from Copiapó to Puerto Varas and more than 10,000 agricultural products, we strive to deliver a memorable experience to our customers, supporting them with knowledge and expertise to help take their agricultural business to the next level. **Job Functions:** Our Autoplanet and Aftermarket management team is currently seeking a new Sales Advisor who will have the challenge of advising and serving Sergo's customers through maintaining and organizing the store, ensuring compliance with our distinctive customer service model. **Main responsibilities include:** * Identifying and uncovering customer needs. * Offering product alternatives that complement customer requirements. * Seeking customer feedback regarding satisfaction and service response. * Reviewing and knowing the product mix offered by the business and its availability in the store. * Maintaining constant order and cleanliness of common areas. * Supporting catalog updates. * Knowing and contributing to the improvement of Loss Prevention KPIs. **We're looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Customer service experience preferred. * Sales experience preferred. **Vacancy Information:** * Direct Supervisor: Store Manager. * Work Location: Agroplanet Rancagua. * Work Mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday with two rotating days off per week.
