We are currently seeking to **strengthen and professionalize our business model**, consolidating a work system aligned with the highest operational and management standards. **Job Purpose** The **Process Reengineering Leader** will be responsible for **documenting, redesigning, and standardizing internal processes across all organizational departments**, ensuring traceability, efficiency, interoperability, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role will be key in reducing operational dependency on managerial levels and building a company that operates through integrated systems and empowered teams. **Professional Profile Required** * **Bachelor's degree** in Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in **process management, continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen), BPM, or organizational quality**. * Desired additional training or experience in **digital transformation**, organizational design, or ERP/CRM implementation. * Minimum of 2 **years of experience leading reengineering projects** in medium or large companies, preferably in sectors such as logistics, construction, energy, industrial, forestry, or heavy machinery. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting interviews, mapping workflows, and redesigning roles. **Key Role Responsibilities** * Conduct **structured diagnosis and documentation** of processes across all areas: sales, logistics, safety, HR, administration, operations, maintenance, certifications, quality, etc. * Design and implement **process maps, responsibility matrices (RACI), flowcharts, and standard operating procedures**. * Propose and implement **key performance indicators (KPIs)** per department, linked to strategic goals. * Support in defining **job profiles**, hierarchical levels, and internal structures by department. * Develop and implement a **replicable operational model** with continuous improvement logic. * Evaluate and integrate technological tools (management dashboards, automation, digital integrations). * Coordinate functional training sessions for area leaders and key users. **Expected Competencies** * Systemic and analytical thinking * Empathetic and cross-functional leadership * Effective communication with operational and executive teams * Focus on efficiency, organization, and results * Ability to simplify and structure complex processes * Technical confidence and ability to drive cultural change without friction **Conditions** * Work mode: Full-time, on-site in Temuco * Estimated duration: 2 to 4-month project with potential continuation as internal systems leader. * Fees. **Why Apply?** In an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment, **the way things are done makes the difference between stagnation and sustainable growth**.
