**Job Mission:**
Mapping and documenting logistics processes from different areas
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Map critical processes from various areas, especially in logistics flows.
* Draft operational procedures based on interviews with teams.
* Support the creation and correction of documents related to daily tasks.
* Actively listen to teams to understand their activities and translate them into flowcharts.
* Generate flowcharts that clearly and systematically represent the processes.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure they document their activities in a structured manner.
**Requirements:**
**Engineering majors such as:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control, Logistics, or related fields
Proficiency in Office software
Knowledge of flowchart programs (Bizagi, Visio, etc.)
Must have student insurance provided by your educational institution
Must be available to complete the internship for 3 months
