This opportunity is for you! ### **Job Location:** **On-site – CC Lautaro** Marcelo Fourcade Street, Lot F\-3, Industrial and Technological Park Commune of Lautaro, IX Region ### **Job Objective:** As a **Mechanic**, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Your role will be key in ensuring their optimal performance, contributing with your technical knowledge, diagnostic ability, and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve issues. ### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Perform maintenance and repairs according to established standards. * Accurately record and document activities. * Lead the implementation of maintenance procedures. * Support the procurement management of tools, spare parts, and supplies. * Monitor workshop material consumption. * Report on the status and progress of work. * Maintain order, safety, and efficiency in the work area. * Diagnose failures and propose effective solutions. ### **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technician or Professional in Automotive Mechanics * Degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable) **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year for technicians * Minimum 2 years for engineers **Ideal Age:** * Between 25 and 50 years old ### **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid background in automotive mechanics * Experience with heavy machinery is ideal ### **Competencies and Soft Skills:** * Teamwork and collaboration * Technical skill and autonomy * Effective communication * Responsibility and commitment * Proactivity and solution-focused mindset ### **Additional Requirements:** * Class B driver's license * Compliance with safety regulations * Ability to perform physical effort and work on-site * Handling of tools and heavy equipment ### **Working Hours – Fixed Day Shift:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 08:00 to 16:00 hrs * **Friday:** 08:00 to 15:50 hrs * **Saturday:** 08:00 to 15:10 hrs * (Includes 30 minutes break) ### **Are you interested in joining a committed and professional technical team?** Apply with us and become part of developing mechanical solutions that make a difference!
