Sodexo Chile is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Region II. Job Description As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for coordinating and verifying food service and distribution to diners in client-contracted services, ensuring delivery according to Sodexo-defined procedures and standards, as well as all company policies. Responsibilities * Prepare inputs, equipment, and personnel required for the production process. * Conduct temperature controls for all production processes involving your area. * Supervise and verify implementation of quality manuals in the food service operational process. * Coordinate production staff activities according to scheduling. * Schedule raw materials to be used in site production processes.
