Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. Sodexo Chile is seeking a Maintenance Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at the Antofagasta Penitentiary Center. You will be responsible for performing site maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with contractual regulations. Responsibilities * Perform highly specialized tasks in painting, plumbing, welding, masonry finishing, and/or carpentry, as required by the Maintenance service. * Supervise internal and external work crews for construction project execution. * Support other maintenance-related tasks assigned by your direct supervisor, consistent with the job’s responsibilities. * Responsible for on-call shifts to manage maintenance contingencies. * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with occupational health and safety regulations/procedures.
