Job Description You will be responsible for coordinating and performing the operational activities of the food service team to achieve daily menu production targets, contractual requirements, and Sodexo corporate guidelines—all within quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Distribute and assign operational tasks related to the food service production process. * Supervise and verify delivery of procedures, documents, and safety and quality briefings defined by Sodexo. * Supervise and verify implementation of quality manuals in the food service operational process. Requirements * Residence must be in Antofagasta. * Relevant technical degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Desirable: 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. * Ability to work effectively in teams and in dynamic environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
