We are looking for a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT**. If you are passionate about cooking and have experience in food handling and collective catering, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and comply with hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Distribute and serve food, delivering meals to designated rooms and dining areas according to the applicable meal regimen and daily schedule. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience working in food handling or in gastronomy-related companies. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering, specifically in cold and hot sections. * Knowledge of pastry is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Physical health compatible with the position. **Minimum Experience** 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies.
