Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Handle and manage requests via **call center**, providing courteous and timely service. * Coordinate and support **logistics personnel**, aligned with service requirements. * Support the coordination and execution of **patient, material, supply, and equipment transfers**, following established protocols. * Perform **cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection** tasks in assigned areas and spaces, maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Support safe patient transportation in accordance with procedures and service requirements. * Execute transfer and distribution of materials and supplies. * Assist with receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of products and supplies. * Conduct basic inventory and warehouse control and recordkeeping. * Prepare and transport necessary supplies, tools, and equipment required for service delivery. * Support proper waste management and handling, complying with established protocols. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Comply with company-defined procedures, safety and biosafety protocols, and quality standards. * Treat patients, clients, and colleagues respectfully and humanely. * Support other operational and administrative functions related to service needs. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in **logistics coordination, warehouse operations, public/customer service/call center, and cleaning services** * Experience in healthcare centers, hospitals, clinics, or related services. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and supply distribution. * Knowledge and experience in cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection procedures. * Familiarity with waste handling and classification is desirable. * Ability to assist in safe patient transfers and mobility, per protocols. * Service orientation and courteous treatment toward patients and customers. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to assigned duties. * Organizational skills and adaptability to diverse tasks. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**, according to service needs. **Benefits** -------------- Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. ‍‍ Friendly and collaborative work environment.
