On this occasion, we are seeking a **Head of Contract Management** for a **Hospital Project** located in the city of **Antofagasta**, Region II, Chile. **JOB MISSION** Coordinate and manage activities within the contract management area of the Concession Company, aiming to develop the department’s growth strategy, its professionals, and the tools applied in the project. **Functions and responsibilities of the position:** * Coordinate all progress and scheduling information management to ensure having all necessary data if required. * Analyze and propose, together with the legal department, strategies regarding fines and instructions received from MOP, guiding company actions with the objective of minimizing exposure to fines and instructions that increase business unit cost structures. * Negotiate and reconcile positions aligned with contractual frameworks to enhance company profitability and reinforce contract compliance with external clients, strengthening business sustainability. * Ensure contract compliance with the purpose of securing group sustainability. * Prepare specialized reports to address claims and impacts affecting project operations, design, or infrastructure. * Prepare technical reports on activities carried out within the company to send to headquarters. **We are seeking a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Construction Engineer / Civil Constructor / Civil Engineer / Architect. * At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles. **ADDITIONAL EDUCATION:** * Postgraduate degree in Contract Management or Planning * **KNOWLEDGE:** * Multidisciplinary construction logic – High * Management control – High * Innovative (Tool improvement) – High * Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project / Tilos /Synchro \- High **What do we offer?:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity and recognition. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. * Being part of a dynamic work environment guided by three key principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
