Job Summary: We are seeking a 2D/3D Motion Graphics Designer to assume full ownership of our visual language in motion, shaping story-driven digital experiences. Key Highlights: 1. We keep our pipelines fast, organized, and up to date. * **Growth:** You’ll have access to dedicated resources and support for masterclasses and conferences to keep your 2D/3D skills absolutely cutting-edge. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Ownership of Visual Narrative:** Lead motion design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every animation aligns with creative direction and client objectives. * **End-to-End Animation Production:** Manage the full production pipeline—from storyboarding and style frames to creating high-fidelity 2D/3D assets, rendering, and compositing. * **3D Scene and Asset Design:** Model, texture, light, and animate 3D graphics and product renders that elevate standard motion graphics into immersive visual elements. * **Collaborative Production:** Work alongside art directors, animators, and sound design partners, conducting reviews and providing feedback to elevate the studio’s overall output. * **Quality and Performance:** Ensure all animation assets maintain impeccable visual quality, strictly adhere to project specifications, and meet tight rendering schedules. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 3+ years of professional experience in 2D and 3D motion design within an agency, creative studio, or high-volume production environment. * **Portfolio / Reel:** A strong demo reel is non-negotiable. We want to see active case studies, fluency in animation timing, spatial perception in 3D, and strong visual hierarchy. * **Tools:** Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and leading 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya). * **Languages:** Spanish (fluent/native) is required for internal project alignment and client presentations. Reading comprehension in English for technical resources is a strong plus. * **Mindset:** Pragmatic and creative.
