Position Objective: To provide operational support in executing construction activities, collaborating with foremen and supervisors across various on-site tasks, while ensuring compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Main Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and cleaning work areas. - Transport tools, equipment, and materials within the site. - Support first-, second-, and specialist-level foremen in assigned tasks. - Prepare concrete, mortar, or other material mixtures when required. - Perform manual excavation, backfilling, and simple leveling. - Carry out loading and unloading of materials. - Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. - Follow instructions provided by supervision. - Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, or deviations. - Participate in safety talks and training sessions. - Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Requirements: Education: Completed basic education (secondary education completion preferred). Experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in construction, mining, or industrial assembly projects is desirable. Applicants without experience may be considered if the project includes training. Knowledge: - Basic handling of hand tools. - Familiarity with fundamental safety regulations. - Basic ability to interpret work instructions. - Good practices related to order and cleanliness.
