Knowledge of hardware, software, operating system administration (Windows), and resolution of technical incidents. User-focused support and optimization of technological infrastructure performance. **Requirements:** * Intermediate knowledge in microcomputing is desirable. * Knowledge of POS equipment configuration, replacement, and support * Resident of Punta Arenas * **5x2 Rotating Shift Schedule (Monday to Sunday)** * Minimum education: Completed Technical Education or currently undergoing internships **Experience:** * Experienced. **Key Competencies:** * Installation, configuration, and repair of computer equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals). * Assembly and maintenance of microcomputing systems. * Configuration and replacement of POS equipment * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues. * On-site and remote technical support. **Personal Skills:** * Analytical ability to resolve incidents. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Teamwork in multidisciplinary environments. * Time management and organization. * Customer-facing skills. **Recommended Education:** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks. **Professional Objective:** To join a technical support or systems administration team, contributing to the stability and security of the technological infrastructure, with growth opportunities toward advanced network administration or cybersecurity. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Professional Objective:** To join a technical support or microcomputing equipment administration team. **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
