Apply safety procedures during maintenance. **HVAC and Refrigeration Technician** -------------------------------------------- A service company is seeking an **HVAC and Refrigeration Technician** to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring its availability, efficiency, and safe operation. ### **Responsibilities** * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in air conditioning equipment. * Perform maintenance on Split, VRV/VRF, Rooftop, and industrial equipment. * Inspect electrical circuits, refrigerants, filters, ducts, and components. * Complete work orders and report deviations. * Implement energy isolation (lockout/tagout), use of PPE, and safety procedures. ### **Requirements** * Technical diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Physical fitness compatible with the position. * Class B driver’s license and field experience are desirable. ### **Job KPIs** * Maintenance plan compliance: minimum 95%. * Correctly closed work orders: 100%. * Recurrence of failures: maximum 5%. * Emergency response within deadline: minimum 95%. * Equipment availability as per contract.
