Participates in projects from definition through commissioning. **Position Summary:** Chip Kontrol Automation SpA is seeking a Control Systems Integration Manager to lead the integration of automation technologies used in industrial environments. This role bridges engineering, implementation, and customer needs, offering the opportunity to direct solutions where multiple systems and teams must operate in coordination. **What You Will Do:** * Lead system control and automation integration projects * Coordinate connectivity among different platforms, equipment, and industrial components * Define technical priorities jointly with engineering and project managers * Review functional requirements prior to implementation phases * Coordinate integration testing and pre-commissioning activities * Facilitate resolution of detected incompatibilities or technical requirements * Work with customers to understand project requirements and changes * Coordinate internal specialists, suppliers, and other technical stakeholders * Review documentation and deliverables associated with implemented solutions * Support the transition of systems into operational use **Requirements:** * Experience in automation, control systems, integration, electrical engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or related fields * General knowledge of industrial automation technologies * Ability to coordinate projects and technical teams * Communication, planning, and problem-solving skills * Ability to interpret technical documentation and requirements * Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, DCS, or other control technologies is preferred * Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-disciplinary teams * No experience with any specific brand or platform is required * Technical or professional education, or equivalent experience, will be favorably considered **Why Join Us:** * Lead projects where diverse technologies must operate as an integrated solution * Broaden your experience working with various automation platforms * Maintain technical involvement while developing management responsibilities * Collaborate with engineering specialists and industrial customers * Participate in projects from definition through integration and commissioning * Build expertise to assume broader-scope automation solutions Salary: $44\.400\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
