




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure that processes, services, and resources meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Aramark Chile, a leading U.S.-based multinational in food and facilities services, operating in 19 countries with over 25\.000 employees nationwide, is currently seeking a **Quality Coordinator** for a major client in the healthcare sector. The purpose of this role is to ensure that processes, services, and resources comply with quality standards, applicable regulations, and internal and external customer expectations, while promoting continuous operational improvement. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Coordinate and ensure compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Management System, aligned with current regulations and internal standards. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, ensuring proper execution of processes. * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams. * Stay updated on applicable regulations and industry standards. * Supervise and coordinate work teams, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and adherence to standards. * Train and develop staff on quality, food safety, and good practices, evaluating their performance. * Conduct internal audits and on-site evaluations to ensure compliance with quality requirements. * Manage non-conformities, complaints, and deviations, performing root cause analysis and defining corrective action plans. * Evaluate on-site operations and provide technical advice on implementing improvements and innovations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure implementation of quality best practices. * Supervise compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards. * Identify risks and ensure proper application of operational controls. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Food Engineering or Nutrition. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Integrated Management Systems, and HACCP. * Experience participating in and/or leading HACCP system implementation in food manufacturing plants and/or institutional food service operations. * Availability to respond to emergencies during weekends, if required. * Personal transportation (preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Negotiation ability, proactivity, creativity, and adaptability to change. * Resilience and ability to perform effectively in demanding and dynamic environments.
