Job Description
Administer, control, and maintain up-to-date documentation associated with the HSE area of the contract, ensuring organization, traceability, deadline compliance, and proper management of Sodexo’s internal document management systems and those of the client, thereby contributing to regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and site-defined safety standards.

Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain up-to-date HSE documentation for the contract, ensuring organization, traceability, and information availability.
* Manage and update documentation in Sodexo’s internal systems and the client’s systems, in accordance with established procedures and standards.
* Monitor expirations, backups, records, and documentation required for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
* Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets, reports, and indicators related to HSE document management.
* Coordinate meetings, invitations, minutes, action items, and follow-up of agreements made by the HSE team.
* Provide administrative support to the HSE team, coordinating information with supervisors, occupational health and safety specialists, operations, and support departments.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in document management processes, information flow, and administrative follow-up.
Requirements
* Technical degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, technical assistance, HSE administration, or administrative support in occupational health and safety.
* Experience in mining operations, service contracts, or operational environments with high documentation standards.
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Experience using document management systems.
* Residence in Antofagasta.
* Availability to work on a 4x3 shift system.
* Medical fitness for high-altitude geographic locations.
