The primary objective of this role is to safeguard company assets, as well as the safety of customers and staff inside the store, in accordance with current procedures and regulations. Are you ready to take on the challenge? **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preventing and controlling theft occurrences within the store, identifying individuals caught stealing merchandise, notifying entrance guards, and acting per established procedures. * Contacting Carabineros (Chilean national police) to file formal statements against suspects. * Periodically checking the validity and proper condition of fire extinguishers in the store. * Attending to and channeling minor customer requests according to defined service standards. * Monitoring the store via CCTV cameras and reviewing overnight shift updates. * Activating or deactivating emergency exit alarms, lighting control panels, fitting room alarms, and smoke detectors. * As a Technical Inspector for Construction (ITO), being present during all store renovations or new construction projects, supervising workers’ compliance with safety equipment usage requirements.
