We are seeking a **Finance Manager** for an important industrial company located in Antofagasta About the challenge: * You will analyze and monitor the fulfillment of commitments made by the company with third parties * Coordinate the investment of company surpluses according to established policies * Monitor and ensure consistent management control over company results * Lead and oversee SAP system functionality, identifying potential operational errors * Analyze and evaluate financial performance monthly through report preparation and KPI monitoring * Analyze and monitor customer compliance with obligations to the company, primarily accounts receivable What we’d love from you? * A degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field * 2 to 3 years of experience in leadership or in management control, process improvement, finance, treasury, or project evaluation * Intermediate knowledge of SAP, Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, database analysis), Intermediate MS PowerPoint, and User-level MS Word * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable * Strong analytical and numerical skills, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, autonomy, and attention to detail What do we offer?
