This role is responsible for designing, evaluating, and implementing process improvements that directly contribute to the lithium production business, addressing challenges such as capacity expansion, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and environmental impact mitigation. Additionally, the incumbent must be capable of developing projects from the conceptual stage through execution, applying methodologies such as DMAIC and data analysis tools to ensure effective and scalable solutions.
