Ensure improvements and optimizations in plant production processes. 2. Study and analyze plant production processes. 3. The role is responsible for improving and optimizing plant production processes, supporting operations, evaluating processes, and proposing improvements. **What You’ll Do** * Ensure improvements and optimizations in plant production processes. * Study and analyze plant production processes. * Develop and update Mass Balances for plant production processes. * Develop and update Block Diagrams for plant production processes. * Ensure performance improvements in plants, both in terms of output and raw material consumption. **What You Bring** **Required:** * Metallurgical or Chemical Civil Engineer * 1–3 years of experience. * Office (advanced level) * Knowledge of PI System, Power BI, NWA (user level). * Additionally, must have knowledge of: Six Sigma, Minitab, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Sologic. **Preferred:** * Advanced English (understands and speaks) (desirable) * Class B Driver’s License (desirable) **“Albemarle is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified candidates will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
