**Job Purpose:**
Supervise and control the execution of activities and resources related to the Superintendent’s maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, operational standards, plans, and strategies defined by Management, thereby contributing to operational continuity and achievement of the business unit’s results; while ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and procedures established by the Division and the Corporation regarding safety, occupational health, environment, and diversity and inclusion.

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the execution of equipment and facility maintenance plans and programs to meet the Superintendent’s targets and the concentrator plant’s production goals.
* Verify compliance with safety, occupational health, and sustainability standards in the assigned process to achieve the Corporation’s and Division’s established targets, aiming for zero accidents.
* Promote and evaluate the performance of human resources assigned to the processes under responsibility, fostering a positive work environment and applying human resources systems and regulations in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.
* Evaluate and monitor the performance of contractor services required for the assigned process, treating and respecting people in line with corporate and divisional guidelines, to optimize the concentrator plant’s performance.
* Plan and monitor financial resource and cost management programs and actions for the assigned process to meet Management’s targets and optimize the concentrator plant’s performance.
* Coordinate and monitor innovation and continuous improvement projects in maintenance plans and programs to maintain operational continuity, control costs, and achieve the Superintendent’s defined operational targets and standards.
**Job Requirements:**
* Hold a degree in Mechanical Civil Engineering, Electrical Civil Engineering, Electronics Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum six years of experience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance of equipment and facilities in concentrator plant areas.
* Valid Class B driver’s license.
* Medical fitness compatible with the position.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience managing personnel and leading a work team.
* Postgraduate studies such as a diploma and/or master’s degree in Asset Management.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP PM.
**Offered Conditions:**
* Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
* Contractual Position: Senior Engineer.
* Work Location: Chuquicamata Division.
* Working Hours: Monday to Thursday.
