Our goal is to generate a positive societal impact and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate production staff activities according to the schedule. * Schedule raw materials required for on-site production processes. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices during preparation and distribution of on-site meals. * Evaluate the gastronomic quality of preparations produced on-site. * Supervise and verify adherence to KPIs defined by Sodexo. * Provide regular updates to direct management. **Requirements** * Residency in Antofagasta, Iquique, or Arica. * Higher Technical Degree in Gastronomy or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * 3 years of experience in the mining industry. * Experience working at high geographical altitudes (desirable). * + Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.
