Additionally, manage personnel, information, and resources to efficiently and effectively oversee assigned processes, using specific technical knowledge and leadership, in accordance with the planning of the operational units to which they are assigned. Main Responsibilities: Facilitate and supervise logistics operations. Responsible for supervising general activities, personnel, equipment, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety regulations according to company and client policies. Serve as an information facilitator for both subordinates and direct supervisors. Evaluate performance of supervised personnel. Ensure proper use of equipment. Utilize information technologies in the logistics area. Conduct safety talks. Plan and control operations according to assigned responsibilities. Generate reports on management results. Perform cause-effect analysis regarding workplace accidents involving supervised personnel. Other requirements for proper performance of duties. Requirements: Complete Professional Technician degree, Technician in Logistics, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in the position or similar tasks. Specific knowledge and/or experience in logistics operations.
