Introduction We are seeking talent for the position of Service Engineer who will be responsible for delivering optimal after-sales service to customers through diagnosis, assessment, and support during disassembly and assembly of new equipment and equipment experiencing issues, determining appropriate solutions. What You Will Do * Evaluate, diagnose, and determine solutions for equipment in the field. * Provide support during the installation of new and refurbished equipment. * Identify new business opportunities related to services and/or supplies based on technical assistance performed. * Generate technical service reports within established deadlines. * Comply with current legislation regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, performing technical assistance safely and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction of internal and external customers. * Take all safety, prevention, and risk control measures to protect personal integrity and the workplace; no work, tasks, operations, or activities may be carried out without compliance. * Ensure compliance with the terms established in the contract to which assigned. * Ensure compliance with technical measures and risk prevention procedures enabling proper execution of work or service through audits and inspections in all areas where work is conducted. * Regarding tasks involving accreditation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards, comply with required procedures. Required Professional Profile * University-level higher education, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Mechanical Engineer (if not holding one of these degrees, 3 years of proven experience in similar roles is required). * University degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specializations in Metallurgy, mining projects or similar (desirable). * Minimum 8 years of experience in mining projects, in commercial and technical areas for the mining industry. * Knowledge in technology change testing. * Knowledge in grinding circuit analysis. * Knowledge of pumps and cyclones equipment for mining. * Advanced spoken and written English (desirable) What We Offer An inspiring purpose \- Enabling sustainable modern life.
