We seek analytical professionals oriented toward continuous improvement and capable of working in highly specialized environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in designing, modeling, and optimizing critical operational processes. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Document and model processes through on-site observation and workshops with technical teams and specialists. * Analyze current processes (As\-Is) and identify improvement opportunities. * Design future-state processes (To\-Be) using continuous improvement methodologies and Lean principles. * Develop cost\-benefit analyses to support optimization initiatives. * Document processes and maintain up-to-date information in process modeling tools. * Participate in technical reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Present periodic progress updates and attend coordination meetings. * Support process management training activities when required. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Professional engineering degree (mandatory). ### **Experience** * 3–5 years of professional experience. * At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: * Process modeling and documentation. * Future-state process design (To\-Be). * Implementation of Lean methodologies. * Cost\-benefit analysis. * Enterprise architecture. Experience in engineering, technology, advanced manufacturing, scientific research, consulting, banking, insurance, or highly complex organizations will be valued. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * BPMN 2\.0\. * Proficiency in process modeling tools such as MagicDraw, Bizagi, Camunda, or Visio. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and queries). * Process analysis and improvement techniques. * Technical documentation development. ### **Languages** * English and Spanish at B2 level or higher. * Communication with part of the team is conducted in English. **Desirable** ------------ * Postgraduate studies or certifications in Process Management, Lean, Enterprise Architecture, or Operations Management. * Knowledge of Python, SQL, Process Mining, IBM Maximo, object-oriented programming, version control, and ticketing systems. **Position Conditions** ------------------------- * Project duration of approximately 18 months. * Shift system: 8x6\. * Primarily based in the Antofagasta Region, with occasional activities in Santiago. * Flights, transportation, accommodation, meals, laptop, and personal protective equipment are provided during site assignments. * The position involves work at facilities located above 3\.000 meters above sea level; therefore, candidates must have medical fitness suitable for performing duties at high altitude. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process includes technical assessment, English evaluation, and interviews.
