We are currently seeking a **Core Assistant** for an important mining project located in the Coquimbo Region, Choapa Province. **Conditions:** * Shift: 14x14 * Location: Salamanca * Contract Type: Fixed-Term **Objective:** Ensure documentary traceability and information availability to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain, control, and update M\&E-related documentation in SharePoint and physical folders. * Update M\&E accreditation according to client standards. * Prepare document control matrix. * Prepare fuel control matrix. * Prepare lubricant control matrix. * Generate and submit daily M\&E availability reports. * Perform documentary traceability. * Conduct checklist control; verify information in documents; digitize and store in SharePoint per SGI’s request. * Manage daily report control; review submitted information; maintain smooth communication with the CORE Supervisor to convey document observations and transfer information to the daily M\&E availability report. * Update and manage SDA control matrix and generate provisioning requests. * Scan all physical documents and upload them to SharePoint (e.g., maintenance certificates, operational certificates, quotations, daily briefings, checklists, trainings, announcements, etc.). * Upload procedure announcements to SharePoint (including registration and evaluations). Update the Personnel Status Master List and Announcements Master List. * Draft “M\&E Delivery” minutes and update them in SharePoint. * Generate and manage work orders. * Record observations identified in checklists and reports. * Monitor weekly and bi-weekly maintenance plans. * Coordinate maintenance activities with equipment rental suppliers. * Monthly distribution of fuel consumption data. * Request and manage dispatch guides. * Control entry and exit minutes for equipment. * Print documentation requested by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical Degree in Business Administration, Higher Technical Degree in Logistics or Operations Management, or Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance. * 1 year of experience.
