We are currently seeking a **First-Class Master (M1\)** for a major mining project located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: 8x6\. * Site: La Negra, Antofagasta. * Contract Type: Project-based. **Objective:** Performs all tasks assigned to the unit to which the candidate belongs, ensuring service delivery while coordinating with supervisors and complying with safety standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Supports repairs, equipment maintenance, and ongoing fieldwork. * Conducts activities proactively to prevent risks, protect the environment, and ensure service quality. * Executes technical work strictly according to supervisor instructions. * Maintains order and cleanliness at worksites. * Prepares reports as required. * Is directly responsible for executing all fieldwork while ensuring personnel and company asset safety. * Controls and uses assigned equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently and safely. * Adheres to the schedule and work procedures of the assigned unit. * Reports any damage or malfunction—no matter how minor—to the supervisor, including those occurring within the candidate's assigned area. * Performs duties following established procedures in production, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education; Mechanical Technician or Construction Technician qualification. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Residence in Antofagasta is desirable.
