Flexibility in work hours and responsibilities. **Job Description** --------------------------- The Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating other employees, including setting priorities and managing inventory. Essential job functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead and coordinate the work of team leaders and/or assistants, ensuring adherence to Aramark quality standards. * Ensure and supervise that all designated areas are cleaned and disinfected according to Aramark quality standards. * Ensure that all equipment and supplies used by team leaders and/or assistants under supervision are appropriate and sufficient. * Conduct periodic equipment inspections and report any deficiencies. * Verify that equipment is safe and operational. * Provide assistance with linen systems. * Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed. * Use the facility’s washing machine for internal laundry when necessary. * Follow health and safety regulations and fire policies. * Report hazards to the Administrator. * Maintain hygiene standards per Aramark quality standards. * Follow company policy for addressing customer feedback or complaints. * Ensure clothing—including footwear and headwear—and personal hygiene are consistently of the highest standard; also supervise adherence to this standard among the team under supervision. * Participate in company training to improve performance. * Suggest areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
