Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of Technician B. **Job Description Summary**: Responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, as well as performing major repairs, coordinating work execution. Works in the workshop or in the field as required. Assists the supervisor and may make decisions with moderate responsibility. May supervise component installation and removal. **Job Responsibilities:** * Adhere to guidelines, technical specifications, and procedures involved in the repair process. * Place spare parts orders. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, and mechanical and maintenance forms. * Remove and install any type of component, or direct the removal or installation of such components. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Perform critical adjustments to the machine and system, and provide repair recommendations. * Install new components and additional accessories. * Correctly apply Caterpillar technical literature, accumulated experience, and knowledge gained from training courses. **Requirements:** * Graduate technician from an institute or university, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Experience with Caex, minimum two years. * Ability to work under constant exposure to weather, noise, dust, heat, and low temperatures. * Work rotating 7x7 day/night shifts.
