Opportunities for professional development ### **Electrans Antofagasta is Seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer** At **Electrans**, a leading company in electrical maintenance and industrial services in the Antofagasta region, we are looking for a **Continuous Improvement Engineer** committed to people and organizational development. As a continuous improvement engineer, you will be responsible for applying continuous improvement methodologies and tools to our production processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on driving growth and innovation within our company. **Requirements:** * Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related discipline, with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, among others. * Residency in Antofagasta (Mandatory). * Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, Northern sector of Antofagasta. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI proficiency. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement areas and propose effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimization potential. * Design and implement continuous improvement projects. * Collect and analyze data to assess process performance and measure the impact of implemented improvements. * Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to effectively implement changes and improvements. * Train staff in continuous improvement methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Lunch at the company’s own cafeteria. * Supplementary insurance coverage. * A collaborative, results-oriented work environment. * Opportunities for professional development within a continuously growing organization. **Location:** Antofagasta, Chile.
