At **United Pipeline Systems, Inc.**, we are a strategic partner specializing in providing solutions to pipeline integrity challenges through high-performance thermoplastic systems for the oil, gas, industrial, municipal, and mining sectors.
We are currently seeking a **Workshop Document Control Assistant** for our facilities located in the La Negra area, Antofagasta Region.
**Terms:**
* Shift: 5x2
* Location: United Facilities, La Negra, Antofagasta.
* Employment Type: Fixed-term contract, followed by renewal of fixed-term contract and subsequent indefinite-term contract.
**Objective:**
Support the maintenance, repair, and optimization of M\&E through correct spare parts and supply requests, and by keeping fleet equipment records and documentation up to date.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform proper document management for machinery and equipment.
* Maintain up-to-date information and documentation in digital and physical folders for each piece of equipment.
* Manage and request resources and supplies, conducting follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
* Generate necessary documents for accreditation processes and equipment dispatch to contracts.
* Manage legal documentation for equipment, actively participating in person.
**Requirements:**
* Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration Technician, or related field.
* 2 years of experience.
* Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) (Mandatory).
* Maintenance management systems such as Fracttal / SAP.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI (Desirable).
* Residence in Antofagasta city (Mandatory).
* Knowledge of mechanics (Desirable).
* Class B driver’s license.
